Step by step
1. Find the correct address. Go to the university's own official website and follow its "apply" link. A DreamApply link found through a search engine may belong to a different institution, and any link an agent sends should be checked against the university's site.
2. Complete your profile. Name, date of birth and nationality exactly as in your passport. Errors here produce an offer letter with the wrong name, which then causes problems at the visa stage.
3. Upload documents. Typically: passport data page; SSC/HSC and (for master's) bachelor's certificates and transcripts in English; English proficiency evidence (IELTS, the university's own test, or MOI); motivation letter and CV; passport photo; sometimes a medical certificate.
Keep scan quality high — blurred copies stall applications, and every re-upload costs days.
4. Application fee. Most of these universities charge a non-refundable fee. If your Bangladeshi card struggles with international payments, see the payment guide.
5. Entrance test or interview. Many eastern European universities run a short online interview or test — often to verify English where no IELTS is submitted, and for biology and chemistry in medicine. It is usually not difficult, but going in unprepared shows.
Typical questions: why this country, why this programme, how will you fund it, what are your plans after graduating. Answer honestly and specifically; rehearsed lines are obvious.
6. Offer and confirmation. An offer normally requires part or all of the first tuition instalment to secure the place. Two warnings:

Rolling admission: convenience and trap
Many DreamApply universities admit on a rolling basis until places fill. The convenience is obvious. The trap is thinking "there is still time" and then not having enough runway for the visa.
This matters most for Bulgaria, where the visa must be applied for in person in New Delhi, requiring an Indian visa and travel of its own. Allow at least 8–12 weeks after receiving the offer.

Is rolling admission safe to leave late?+
No. Places fill, and more importantly the visa takes time. For Bulgaria the visa is applied for in person in New Delhi, so allow at least 8–12 weeks after the offer.
