What we charge, and what is in it

The first consultation and profile assessment
An honest read of your results, your English position and your budget — which countries are realistic and which are not. This step is free, before any file is opened.
Country, university and programme shortlist
A shortlist built on your profile and the funding you could qualify for — not on which application is easiest for us.
Application and offer letter
Submitted to the right intake through the right portal, then followed through to the offer or admission letter.
Document preparation
Academic paperwork, translation, notarisation and attestation in the right order, plus help writing the Statement of Purpose and the CV.
Proof of funds and the visa file
Bank statements and financial documents assembled to the standard the embassy expects — using your own real funds.
Visa application and interview preparation
Appointment booking, form completion, and preparation against the questions your embassy actually asks.
Pre-departure and after you arrive
Guidance on tickets, insurance and accommodation, and an introduction to students already studying where you are going.
None of this money comes to us. If an agency takes a margin on any of it, ask about that separately.
Tuition
Paid directly to the university. The real range and its official source are on each country's guide.
Visa fee and VFS charges
Set by the embassy or the visa centre. We take no part of it.
Residence permit fee
For example Migri's permit fee in Finland, or the permesso after arrival in Italy. Paid to the authority.
Health insurance
A required part of the visa file, but the cost belongs to the insurer.
IELTS or English test fees
Paid to the test centre. Which band each country needs is on its country guide.
Proof of funds (show money)
This is not a cost at all — it is your own money, in your own account. We never handle it.
If a properly prepared application does not result in a visa, our service fee is returned. Third-party costs sit outside that, and you see every one of them before you commit.
An honest note about this page
The amounts above are our own recorded fees, not a market rate, and a complicated file can move them. Get the number that applies to you in writing, and check that what it covers is written down beside it. That applies to us as much as to anyone else.
What would it come to in your case?
Tell us the country, the programme and where your file stands, and we will put the number in writing. The consultation itself is free.
