What we collect
When you contact us or request a consultation, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, academic details and the destinations you are interested in. We collect it in order to advise you properly, and for no other purpose.
How we use it
We use what you give us to process your application, give you advice and stay in contact with you about it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
When we share it
As part of an application we may need to share your information with a university, an examination body or an embassy. We do that only with your consent and only where the application requires it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to keep your information secure. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot promise absolute security — and you should be wary of anyone who does.
WhatsApp and messaging
Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp. When you message us there, that platform's own privacy policy applies to the conversation in addition to this one.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material change will be published on this page.
