Timing

When should you start?

Start at the right point and the whole process is calm. Start late and every stage becomes a race against an appointment queue.

4–6 months out

Start

The comfortable window. Begin the consultation and the document work four to six months before your target intake — six to eight if you are chasing a scholarship.

3–4 months out

Apply and secure the offer

Applications submitted, offer letter obtained, and the attestation and translation work underway.

1–2 months out

Visa file

Funds evidenced, the visa file submitted and the interview prepared for.

What to have ready

Having these gathered before we start makes everything faster. If you do not have them all yet, that is normal — we will tell you how to get each one.

Ask about documents

SSC and HSC (or equivalent) certificates and marksheets
A valid passport
IELTS or other English evidence, if you have it
Passport photographs to specification
Bank statements and sponsorship documents
Statement of Purpose / motivation letter
CV or résumé
An explanation and evidence for any study gap
