What we do
ScholarsDream is an education consultancy. We advise on and assist with applications to study abroad — choosing programmes, preparing documents, applying for admission and preparing visa files. Admission and visa decisions themselves belong to the university and the embassy, and are outside our control.
The 'no visa, no fee' policy
Under our service-fee policy, and subject to the conditions we set out to you in writing, our service fee does not apply if the visa is not granted. Third-party costs — application fees, visa fees, attestation, translation, IELTS and similar — sit outside that policy and are not refundable by us. The full conditions are explained during your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate, truthful information and genuine documents. Where an application is refused because information was wrong or documents were not authentic, that consequence is yours. We do not, under any circumstances, prepare or knowingly submit falsified documents, and we will end an engagement rather than do so.
No guaranteed outcome
Visa and admission decisions rest entirely with the relevant authority. We work to a professional standard and put the strongest case we can, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome — and we do not publish a success rate, because a figure we cannot evidence is not a figure worth printing.
Accuracy of information on this site
Costs, requirements and timelines published here are indicative and change. Every country guide carries the date we last reviewed it and links to the official source behind it. Before you act on any figure, confirm it against that source or with us.
Limits of liability
ScholarsDream is not liable for loss arising from causes outside our control — including changes in policy or law, embassy decisions, or information that was not disclosed to us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
