Decide & self-assess
For a Master's the checks are different — your bachelor's CGPA, how relevant your degree is, work experience, and whether the programme wants GRE or GMAT.
Choose country & university
Match a country to your profile and budget rather than to its reputation, then build a Safe / Target / Reach shortlist of programmes.
Language & IELTS
Find the exact English requirement for your programme, check whether MOI or Duolingo is accepted instead, and book the test early enough to retake it.
Documents & SOP
A Master's file needs your bachelor's degree and full transcript, a research-aware SOP, and references who can speak to your academic work.
University application
Apply through the right national portal for your country, and treat the scholarship deadline as the real one — it usually closes first.
Offer & acceptance
Read the offer properly — especially its conditions and deposit deadline — then accept and get the acceptance letter your visa file needs.
Proof of funds & visa file
Show the right amount, in the right kind of account, held for long enough — and be able to explain where every taka came from.
Visa application & interview
Book the appointment as early as the calendar allows, submit a complete file, and go into the interview able to explain your own plan.
Pre-departure
Book the flight, secure accommodation before you fly, arrange money and insurance, and carry a document set you can hand over at the border.
Arrival & settling in
Register for the residence permit, enrol, open a bank account and find your community — the first month decides how the year goes.
