Most people searching for "study midwifery in Denmark" or "study teaching in Denmark" have already built a plan before they learn how Danish higher education is divided. So the no comes first.
What you cannot study in English
Denmark has two kinds of higher education institution, and confusing them is the expensive mistake.
Universities — Copenhagen, Aarhus, DTU, Aalborg, Copenhagen Business School — award research-based degrees. This is where the English-taught programmes are.
University colleges (professionshøjskoler) award professional bachelor degrees: midwifery, nursing, school teaching, social work, physiotherapy. These are taught in Danish. Copenhagen's largest provider states on its own English-language page that the full bachelor degree is taught in Danish, that you may study it if you are fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, and that the midwifery programme offers no modules in English at all. Some clinical placements are arranged in English for exchange students, but that is not a degree.
So a plan built on "I will use my IELTS to study midwifery in Denmark" does not survive contact with the admissions rules. That is a language policy, not a judgement about your profile.
What is available at bachelor level
There are roughly 70 English-taught undergraduate programmes across the whole country, far fewer than at master's level. The sharpest illustration is DTU: one of Europe's leading technical universities states on its own site that it currently offers one English-taught full-degree BSc, in General Engineering, and that all other undergraduate programmes are taught in Danish, though many individual courses are available in English.
In practice the English-taught bachelor options cluster in a few areas — engineering, business and economics, global and international studies, and some computing and technology programmes — mainly at Aarhus, Aalborg and Copenhagen Business School.
At master's level the picture reverses
This is where Denmark is genuinely open. A large share of university master's programmes is taught in English, across a wide range of fields:

Tuition for non-EU students runs roughly EUR 6,000-16,000 a year, the visa requires you to show DKK 89,112, about EUR 11,920, for one year, and the English requirement is typically IELTS 6.5. Denmark suits you if you are applying at master's level, your field sits near engineering, technology, life sciences or business, and the funds requirement is within your family's reach.
